By accessing or using FlexHR Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlexHR Pro is a marketplace that connects businesses with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) providers through certified brokers. We facilitate the comparison of PEO quotes and services but do not directly provide HR, payroll, or benefits services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide through the platform. Inaccurate information may result in incorrect quotes or PEO recommendations.

5. No Cost to Businesses

FlexHR Pro is free for businesses seeking PEO quotes. We are compensated through broker commissions from PEO providers when a successful match is made. This does not affect the pricing you receive from PEO providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlexHR Pro acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy of quotes, the quality of PEO services, or specific outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided through the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FlexHR Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time through your portal settings or by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
